Dolores Barolo (Past Speaker)

Dolores has been working at Irdeto for 7 years. Irdeto is a security company, focusing mainly in media and entertainment, but also in the automotive industry. Fighting cybercrime is one of Irdeto’s main objectives, and the company’s aim is to build a secure future by securing the world's digital platforms. As head of the global Procurement department, Dolores’s role is to manage the direct and indirect procurement of goods and services for categories like IT, Engineering, Marketing Intelligence, Travel and Facility. Together with her team, she supports the business on sourcing requirements, aiming to continuously improve processes and reduce costs where possible. Working in a fast moving company like Irdeto, procurement plays a key role in collecting requirements and delivering the proper negotiation agreements and the accompanying framework that will further enable the business to reach its goals. Dolores will be joining the Panel Discussion ‘Cloud Transformation – How Agile Can You Be Without Compromising Risk And Compliance?’ on the 6th December.
