Nuno is responsible for developing and managing the IT sourcing strategy in line with Target Operating Model objectives, including governing, managing and evaluating the implementation of a sourcing strategy. Also the definition of engagement models, and providing guidance in the supplier selection approach. He develops and manages relationships with suppliers through adequate governance, monitoring performance based on agreed KPI's and SLA's following PMI and ITIL best practices.
