After studying Aeronautical Engineering, Kips has worked in the IT/Software space for the last 10 years. Starting in IT, Kips worked as an IT business analyst delivering enterprise software projects. He then moved into Software Procurement where he was the commercial lead for the SAP relationship at AstraZeneca as well as delivering SaaS/PaaS projects in multiple areas. He now works at JLR delivering embedded software into the next generation of vehicles at the heart of the industry shift to Autonomous, Connected, Electrified and Shared Mobility
