Nicholas Wright (Past Speaker)

Nicholas has been in his current role at BP since March 2019, and is accountable for the management of all Software-as-a-service (SaaS) deals across BP.  Nick joined BP in 2012 as an End User Services Vendor Manager for IT&S. In 2015 he moved into Platform Services where he was instrumental in the roll out of an updated server hosting deal into the ANZ and MENA regions. During 2016 Nick supported the Cloud Transformation activities and became the commercial lead, using the role to pioneer BP’s first Enterprise Discount deal with AWS.  In 2018 Nick delivered further firsts for BP with Pc-as-a-service and provided the commercial leadership to enable BP’s transition to ServiceNOW, following which Nick moved into Workplace Services. During his time in the role he led the deal to renew the IT Service Desk, delivering an industry leading agreement with automation at its core, and more recently, ran BP’s myIT Site Services deal using agile sourcing
