Nicholas acts as Commercial lead for IT services vendors to BP, managing Cloud platform sourcing for BP IT&S, PaaS and IaaS (Public/Hybrid/Private), on prem-Global Hosting Services, Brokerage and other cloud orchestration utilities.  He is also responsible for strategy and change, namely the development and execution of the commercial strategy and associated sourcing events to support of a number of high profile, strategic transformation initiatives, which includes commercial lead to BP's cloud transformation programme which is an enterprise wide programme moving BP's existing on-prem infra into the cloud.
